Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
Dairy
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Oils & Spices
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
Salt and Pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
