Cheeses
  • 6 oz Assorted Cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda) variety of flavors
Meats
  • 4 oz Cured Meats (cured beef, beef salami) variety of flavors
Crackers
  • 8 oz Crackers (variety of shapes and flavors) variety of shapes and flavors
Fruits
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit (grapes, apples, pears) variety of colors
  • 0.5 cup Dried Fruit (cranberries, apricots) variety of textures
Nuts
  • 0.5 cup Nuts (walnuts, pecans) variety of nuts
Olives
  • 0.5 cup Olives (green, black) variety of olives
Spreads
  • 4 oz Pumpkin Butter or Apple Butter choose your favorite
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup for drizzling
Garnish
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish) fresh rosemary

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and serving board.
  2. Arrange cheeses in different areas of the board.
  3. Fold or roll cured meats and place around the cheeses.
  4. Fill in gaps with crackers, alternating shapes and flavors.
  5. Add fresh and dried fruits to create visual appeal.
  6. Scatter nuts throughout the board.
  7. Place olives in small bowls or directly on the board.
  8. Add small bowls of pumpkin butter/apple butter and honey/maple syrup.
  9. Garnish with rosemary sprigs for a festive touch.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
