Method
- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef, season with spices, and cook until browned, 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in cauliflower rice and cook until tender, 5–7 minutes.
- If using, add green peas and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with cilantro.
Notes
For a lower sodium option, reduce salt and use fresh herbs.
