Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Combine croissant pieces and mixed berries. Spread in the baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant and berry mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use brioche croissants. You can also add a streusel topping for extra sweetness and crunch.
