  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method

  2. Mix pumpkin, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and spices in a bowl.
  4. Gradually add dry to wet, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into pan, bake 60-70 mins, cool before slicing.
