Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Egg Mixture
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
Icing
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for icing
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk for icing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch dish.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and mix with eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  3. Add blueberries and cinnamon roll pieces to the mixture, then pour into the dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Mix powdered sugar with milk to make icing, then drizzle over casserole before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla to the icing.
