Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease baking sheet.
- Unroll dough, separate into triangles. Arrange in a ring, overlapping wide ends.
- Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook egg mixture in skillet until softly set. Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese and sausage/bacon into egg mixture.
- Spoon egg mixture over wide ends of triangles.
- Fold points over filling, tucking under to form a ring.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the egg mixture.
