Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Canned Goods
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Topping (optional)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, broth, spices, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased casserole dish, top with cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.
