Method
- Set the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the turkey bacon according to the package instructions.
- Remove bacon and cut into small chunks.
- Sauté olive oil, veggies, salt, and pepper for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix eggs, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add veggies and bacon to a greased baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top.
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
