Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch cauliflower and broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
- Mix mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer vegetables in a baking dish, pour soup mixture over, then top with cheese.
- Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over cheese, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, toast the breadcrumbs before adding.
