Cheesy 3-Meat Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  • 12 ounces turkey bacon cut into 1″ pieces
  • 12 ounces breakfast beef sausage
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes cubed
  • 7 ounces turkey ham diced
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Spray a 9×13″ baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy; remove to a bowl.
  3. Cook beef sausage with onion until sausage is fully cooked; remove to a bowl.
  4. Cook hash browns in the pan until softened and browned. Layer in the baking dish.
  5. Layer turkey bacon, beef sausage/onion mixture, and turkey ham on top of the hash browns. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  6. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Pour over the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the egg is set and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning for an even easier breakfast!
