Method

- Mix mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine vegetables with soup mixture, then top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
