Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
  3. Mix mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine vegetables with soup mixture, then top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

You can add extra cheese on top for a richer flavor.
