- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes, drain.
- Mix cream, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine cauliflower with 1.5 cups cheddar and Parmesan cheeses; transfer to baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese; add bread crumbs mixed with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
