Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional for topping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes, drain.
  2. Mix cream, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Combine cauliflower with 1.5 cups cheddar and Parmesan cheeses; transfer to baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheddar cheese; add bread crumbs mixed with melted butter if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a crisp topping, sprinkle bread crumbs mixed with melted butter before baking.
