Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in mozzarella cheese and cream cheese (if using) until melted and combined with the chicken.
- Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions.
- Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each warm tortilla.
- If desired, add fresh parsley or shredded lettuce/spinach. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
