Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer hashbrowns in the dish.
  3. Distribute ham over hashbrowns.
  4. Scatter some cheese over ham and potatoes.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour egg mixture over layers.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and firm.
  9. Let rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.

Notes
