- Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and grease a baking dish.
- Layer hashbrowns in the dish.
- Distribute ham over hashbrowns.
- Scatter some cheese over ham and potatoes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour egg mixture over layers.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the egg mixture.
