  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • Optional Croutons, black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, dressing, and Parmesan.
  2. Mix well to coat all ingredients.
  3. Lay tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  5. Add croutons and black pepper, if desired.
  6. Fold in sides and roll up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier option, use a whole wheat tortilla and light Caesar dressing.
