Method
- In a bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, dressing, and Parmesan.
- Mix well to coat all ingredients.
- Lay tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Add croutons and black pepper, if desired.
- Fold in sides and roll up tightly from the bottom.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier option, use a whole wheat tortilla and light Caesar dressing.
