Cheese Ball Ingredients
  • 2 packages cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Serving
  • Crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add cheddar cheese, blue cheese, pecans, cranberries, parsley, chives, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll in additional pecans or cranberries (optional).
  6. Serve with crackers.

For best flavor, let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
