Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the cheese mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly, garnish with basil if desired, and serve.
