Main ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box stuffing mix 6 oz box
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, soup, broth, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in vegetables and spread in a greased baking dish.
  4. Prepare stuffing with melted butter and layer on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and heated through.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

You can add cheese on top for extra flavor.
