Ingredients
  

Eggs and Dairy
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 package frozen hash browns (30 oz)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned; drain.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Mix sausage, bell peppers, onion, and hash browns into egg mixture.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch dish, top with cheese, and bake 45-50 minutes.
  5. Cool briefly, then slice and serve.

Notes

For a healthier option, use turkey sausage and low-fat cheese.
