Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 cups cooked rice or pasta

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Layer rice or pasta in a greased dish, top with chicken mixture.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly, then serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional cheese on top before baking.
