Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned; set aside.
- Sauté onion and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Mix sausage, vegetables, cranberries, herbs, and stuffing in a bowl. Add broth and combine.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over mixture. Transfer to a greased dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Bake covered 30 min, then uncovered 15-20 min until golden.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
