Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Layer half of potatoes in a greased dish, pour half of cream mixture, and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Add remaining potatoes, cream, and cheeses on top.
- Cover with foil, bake 45 mins, then uncover and bake 30 mins until golden.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
