  • 8 large eggs
  • 1.25 cups milk I use 2%
  • 0.75 teaspoon Kosher salt or 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded monterey jack cheese can sub for cheddar or mozzarella if preferred

Method
 

  1. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Unroll crescent dough, press seams, and bake 5 minutes.
  3. Cook and crumble sausage; drain excess grease.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over dough; pour egg mixture on top.
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean. Cool before serving.
