- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pressing perforations to seal.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked beef sausage (or turkey bacon) and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the crescent roll crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
