Method
 

  1. Grease a crockpot.
  2. Combine sausage, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stir in cheese, hash browns, and optional vegetables.
  4. Pour mixture into the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until eggs are set.
