Method
- Cook bacon in skillet, drain fat.
- Whisk eggs, half and half, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, hashbrowns, onion, and bacon to egg mixture.
- Spray Crockpot, pour in mixture, cover.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours, check after 7.5 hours.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese, cook 30 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm, garnish as desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the egg mixture.
