Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread hashbrowns evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella evenly over hashbrowns.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over hashbrowns and cheese. Gently press down. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cheese and whole milk.
