Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Mix in sauerkraut, cooked noodles, paprika, salt, and pepper; heat through.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted, then serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

Feel free to add more cheese or herbs for extra flavor.
