Method
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Mix in sauerkraut, cooked noodles, paprika, salt, and pepper; heat through.
- Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted, then serve garnished with parsley.
