Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
Dairy
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spices & Oils
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté broccoli for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix chicken, heavy cream, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine chicken mixture with broccoli in the pan, top with cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden, then serve.
