Method
- Combine beef, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill or skillet-cook patties 4-5 minutes per side. Add cheese during last minute to melt.
- Toast buns until golden. Assemble burgers with avocado, sour cream, salsa, and top bun.
