Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 cups Leftover rice (preferably cold)
  • 1-2 pieces eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 green onions Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Add peas, carrots, and rice; stir-fry until heated through.
  3. Push rice to the side, scramble eggs in the pan, then mix into rice.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Use cold leftover rice for best results to prevent clumping.
