- Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Add peas, carrots, and rice; stir-fry until heated through.
- Push rice to the side, scramble eggs in the pan, then mix into rice.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Use cold leftover rice for best results to prevent clumping.
