  • 2 cups turkey ham cubed
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 6 slices bread broken into pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry ground mustard (found in the spice section)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Chop the turkey ham into cubes.
  3. Crumble the bread into small pieces.
  4. Mix the bread, cheese, and turkey ham together. Spread evenly in a greased 13×9 casserole dish.
  5. Crack and beat the eggs.
  6. Add the milk, salt, and ground mustard to the eggs and mix well. Pour over the turkey ham, cheese, and bread in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.

This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning for an even easier breakfast!
