  • 4 oz Beef Salami sliced
  • 4 oz Spicy Beef Sausage sliced
Crackers
  • 1 box Assorted Crackers various types and flavors
Fruits
  • 1 cup Grapes red or green
  • 2 medium Apples sliced
  • 2 medium Pears sliced
  • 1 cup Berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried Apricots halved
Nuts
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts halves or pieces
  • 0.5 cup Almonds whole or slivered
  • 0.5 cup Pecans halves or pieces
Olives
  • 0.5 cup Green Olives pitted
  • 0.5 cup Black Olives pitted
Spreads
  • 2 oz Fig Jam small bowl
  • 2 oz Honey small bowl
  • 2 oz Mustard small bowl
Fresh Herbs
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary for garnish
  • 2 sprigs Thyme for garnish

Method
 

  1. Choose a board: Select a large wooden or slate board.
  2. Arrange Cheeses: Place cheeses around the board, spacing them out.
  3. Add Meats: Fan out slices of cured meats next to the cheeses.
  4. Place Crackers: Arrange crackers in piles or rows around the board.
  5. Fill in with Fruits: Scatter fruits around the cheeses and meats.
