Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Mix sour cream, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and stir.
- Fold in cheddar, Parmesan, and green onions. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with crushed cornflakes and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
