Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugars until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour half batter into pan, add cream cheese, then top with remaining batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake 50-60 minutes, cool before serving.
