Cheese Ball Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or other cracker crumbs, for coating

Method
 

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, chopped jalapeños, and jalapeño juice in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and sliced green onions.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and firm up.
  5. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  6. Spread the crushed Ritz crackers on a plate.
  7. Roll the cheese ball in the crushed crackers, pressing gently.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the coating to set.
  9. Serve cold with crackers, pretzels, or vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier cheese ball, add more jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
