- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, chopped jalapeños, and jalapeño juice in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and sliced green onions.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and firm up.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
- Spread the crushed Ritz crackers on a plate.
- Roll the cheese ball in the crushed crackers, pressing gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the coating to set.
- Serve cold with crackers, pretzels, or vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier cheese ball, add more jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
