  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes, then drain.
