- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Whisk eggs and sugar, then add oil, maple syrup, pumpkin, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Prepare streusel topping with sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and butter.
- Pour batter into pan, sprinkle streusel on top, and bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool, then drizzle with maple glaze.

Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender crumb. Adjust glaze thickness with more milk or syrup as needed.
