Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread crushed pineapple in a 9x13 inch dish.
- Sprinkle cake mix over pineapple.
- Add coconut and nuts if using.
- Pour melted butter over top and bake 45-50 mins.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
This dessert is best served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
