Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Fold wet into dry, then add optional mix-ins.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon on top before baking.
