Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp butter, (melted)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas and mix with egg, pumpkin, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
