Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add eggs one at a time.
- Whisk together dry ingredients. Combine with pumpkin mixture.
- Fold in nuts if using. Pour into pan.
- Bake 60-70 minutes. Cool before slicing.
