Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Whisk pumpkin, eggs, sugar, syrup, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients and spices; fold into wet ingredients.
- Stir in optional nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan, tap to remove air, and bake 55–65 mins.
- Cool 10 mins in pan, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
