Method
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Cream sugar, pumpkin, melted butter, vanilla, and egg.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet; add extra chips if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes; cool on wire rack.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool.
