Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cooked chicken, rice, broth, soup, sour cream, and cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch dish.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers mixed with melted butter.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, add extra crushed crackers during the last 10 minutes of baking.
