Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil, peel, and mash sweet potatoes.
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes with sugars, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with marshmallows and pecans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding.
