  • 1 pound ground beef
Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchinis zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup diced onion
Aromatics
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Canned Goods
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Spices & Oils
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix in zucchinis, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheese, and bake 20-25 minutes.
