  • 1 pound cooked hamburger meat
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine hamburger, onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.
  2. Stir to mix all ingredients, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Stir sour cream into the slow cooker mixture until well combined.
  5. Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, sauté the onions and garlic before adding to the slow cooker.
