Method
- Brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain excess fat.
- Mix beef, beans, corn, soup, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of hash browns in slow cooker.
- Spread half of beef mixture and sprinkle with half of cheese; repeat layers.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours until heated and cheese melts.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk before serving.
